I guess we were. But-- well. It's a long story. And it isn't something I've spoken to him about, really.

In any case, I don't think there's anyone here with experience dealing in dreams or precognition, really. And if it's a gift of the mist, then I doubt there's anything anyone can do to control it - it just means that the powers behind this world tell him things when they want him to know about them.

There's nothing anyone can do about that.

It's possible that one who's exceptionally gifted at dissecting such dreams might be able to see the symbolism beforehand.

It's a powerful position to be in, nonetheless. I'll continue to search.
